  1. Share the timeline

    Report date, BAH, beds, and whether you need a fenced yard or a school bus stop. The home search box already understands a sentence like “3 bed near Fort Sill under $250k.”

  2. Talk to a lender you choose

    If you plan to use a VA home loan, ask your lender about pre-approval and your Certificate of Eligibility. We do not take loan applications.

  3. Tour from wherever you are

    Video walk-throughs and a neighborhood drive are normal when you cannot be in Lawton yet. Ask for them on the form.

  4. Offer and close around the report date

    Your Associate handles the offer, inspections, and the dates. Remote signing depends on the lender and the title company.

Can you help if I am still at my current duty station?

Yes. Start with your report date, your budget, and how far you want to live from the post. An Associate can line up video tours before you arrive. The guide form on this page does not send email from this staging server.

Do you give VA loan advice?

No. We are a brokerage, not a lender. VA loan eligibility and terms come from the Department of Veterans Affairs and the lender you choose.

Where are the homes?

Listing results open on the IDX site. This page can show an IDX widget, and it does not keep its own copy of the list.
